This title is very short and simple to understand a theory which is very important and certainly you spend your valuable hours to find about it on the websites and blogs. The story is an easy thing to write, content writing is not so different from story writing. You need to think and write simply. But, then what is the use of tools and which type of tools you should use? Let's see it.
What is the significance of tools in content writing?
Everybody uses a tool, apps or instruments accomplish a specific task, that's why we are the living beings with the brain. Similarly, in content writing area tools are the methods, useful apps or things that help you to produce a great content. A great content must possess 3 major qualities, which are-
- Very nicely written in lesser time.
- No language error.
- Having good keywords for search (search friendly).
So coming to the point, these all qualities could be attained by talent, but whenever you write, you are not alone. There are things that can help you to make your creation better. These instruments can-
- Save your time.
- Give you more ideas.
- Present a concurrent scenario to you so you can plan accordingly.
- Provide you the best keyword ideas & SEO friendly sentence structure.
- Helpful in "Link- Bait" writing.
- Work as an editor, so you can write flawless.
- Manage your content.
This is just an outline of what we are going to talk about next. Today, I'll talk about one and most essential thing for your content writing, which is most useful for Bloggers and Website Content Managers.
Google and Google Adwords-:
If you are not a novice then you would have known the importance of keywords for Title and body Content. So how to decide that which word will be working as a keyword? In general writers make a most searched sentence their Title and by using the words of the title many times in the article they think that they have used keywords, if you are doing the same then stop right there! This is a wrong technique. The correct way to do it according to the professionals is to-
first choose a suitable (most used sentence structure) as a title -
- How to do swimming
- Top 10 Ways to do swimming
- Benefits of olive oil (don't use "what are the" structure as user never type that in search box)
The next thing is to focus on keywords in the main body content. It is a very simple step and very important also. Whenever you are writing an SEO centric article, you write short and very effective that can be ranked higher in searching. That time you need to analyze many words that you are writing. You should notice that the word you are writing is how many times searched by the user. You can do it by searching its meaning on Google because Google also shows the use of the searched word over time. To understand this, observe the following example-
I want to write a SEO friendly sentence which is like-
"Content Marketing is a new phenomenon of the new world"
Now I am searching that which word can be modified according to the SEO requirement, so I find there is a possibility that the words 'Phenomenon', 'New' & 'World' can be replaced by more searched terms. So I search one of them them like in the pic below;
(Searching already written word)
(Searching for better option to replace the earlier word )
As you can see that word 'Concept' is more searched than the word 'Phenomenon' so we will consider the word "concept" primarily like-
"Content Marketing is a new concept of the new world"
Similarly, we will treat the other words.
Now, the next thing that comes in the row is Google Adwords, very beneficial, for me it is like one hell of a panacea. Whether you are starting to write link bait content or any SEO friendly blog, It'll provide you information and every insight for a word used over time by visitors. This is for designing the advertisements' keywords, but it works well with content writing issues, so if you have a Google account then give it a try! You won't be disappointed, I bet.
For more, continue to read, as in next chapter I'll talk about the more tools that come handy!
Have A Pleasant Day!
