How to start writing

These headlines of the article seem very straight, frank & honest, isn't that true? The question is very simple, but as son as one sits to find the answer that person is like "Oh, I am stuck!".The deluge of questions, makes a person's wish to write weaker and weaker & finally pen rests in peace and paper remain blank as usual. Many thoughts suddenly burst out into his/her mind-

1. This Grammar, it is not cup of my tea, so I can't learn it and I cannot write, therefore.

2. It is too difficult, maybe people are right that it is not a job for everyone.

3. Writing job needs technical expertise, experience and hell of a study before one kick start        the process.

4. I'll learn it from someone else, because I don't know what's wrong with me! I can not                think effective words and lines to impress readers.

I give all the answers one by one in the same manner as stated above, but before that you need to believe that everything is possible, even this fact is slightly distorted for living beings in the real world you still have to believe it adamantly. So here we start to dig out some facts.

1. Don't hesitate or hate something when you learn, this is the first lesson to become an expert. Grammar is a matter of profound learning, it needs a little bit of dedication, time and viola! You will see that now you are interested in it than ever. If you know that how a person hate something because he/she has some fears than you couldn't be more agree on the matter that you 'think' that you can not learn correctly the grammar of respective language and so you leave the field without a battle and of course, you admit your defeat just because of a mere thinking! 

The truth is: "Everything is possible, all you need is to set an aim and dedicate yourself to it." Your first step should be to reset your brain and get onto the job. Read grammar rules again and again. Remember, no one is perfect and in case of grammar only God is perfect, even I have a hard time believing in it. You are no different from others, just Learn the rules, Revise them periodically and without any hesitation speak the sentences in front of people and when you'll see an improvement, you'll find the subject very interesting.

2. If, to write is too hard then it is hard for everyone. Since the beginning of the school days, you write many things like homework, assignments, e-mails and short notes that you exchange with friends during the class, can't you see that you have written a lot in your life! Content writing is also not so different. You have to draw your feelings and ideas on a blank paper, that's it! Rest you will learn as time passes by, but as I said earlier, to believe that you can and everything is possible is the most important step.

3. You need technical expertise to write and that comes after experience of years, that's true! But again "If you want to make it to the 100 miles, you need to start your journey from the first step". Here experience should be taken as practice and not the working hours in an organization. Do practice by writing, speaking and listening. Even if you are not perfect, but you find a grip on language, it is enough to generate a good content.  

4. You don't find magnificent words and phrases that leave the readers speechless? You really need to find someone who can guide you or I should say "something" that can describe you, you are right I am talking about Books. Wake your inner reader up, read some good write ups and observe how writer rights, copy their writing style, do some research and after some-time you will see that you are expert enough now to develop your own writing style.

So all boils down to this-:

1. You can write and there is 100% possibility that you can write good enough to please people.

2. Everyone needs practice; "Practice makes a man perfect". Learn words & phrases from books, people, newspaper & Google, then apply that knowledge by using those words and phrases in sentences.

3. Always keep a dictionary close, use your mobile dictionary or Google Translation. Keep in mind "There is no tomorrow when it comes to learning, as soon as you observe something unusual, learn it immediately! 

4.Read lines written by famous authors from books, blogs or newspaper and try to copy the writing style when you construct your own write-up.

This is just the beginning of writing, be confident and start today!

हाँ मैं हिंदी, संस्कृत, मराठी, बिहारी, उर्दू, गुजराती, आसामी, तमिल, बंगाली और भी कई देशज एवं क्षेत्रीय भाषाएँ जनता हू जो पुरातन काल से असीमित ज्ञान खुद में लिए हुए इस पवित्र भूमि पर विचरण कर रही है और देशवासियो को पुकार रही है की कोई  इस नवयौवन पीड़ी में सामने आये और अथाह ज्ञान की पूंजी से भरी भाषा को देवकण्ठ में स्थापित करे और फिर यही तो विश्व के कल्याण का मार्ग भी है। 

हम स्पेनिश, जर्मन, अंग्रेजी, फ्रेंच और न जाने कितनी तरह की भाषाए सीखते हैं जो हमारी सीखने की काबिलियत को दर्शाती है और ये प्रशंसनीय भी है, किन्तु क्यों न आज परदेसियों को मौका दिया जाए की वो हमसे हमारी भाषा सीखने का प्रस्ताव रखें, ऐसा होने पर विश्वास मानिए आपको अंग्रेजी की २ लाइन बोलने की तुलना में कहीं ज्यादा गर्व का अनुभव  होगा। 

सारांश यही है की हमारा लक्ष्य खुदको खोकर के सफलता  पाना नहीं, अपितु  सफलता हासिल करके खुदको विश्व में स्थापित करना है, एक पहचान के रूप में और इसको कहते है 'विकसित' होना।

जीत क्या है, हार क्या है,
ये तो जीवन का एक उपहार है, भाग्य का उपकार है। //१

माला जो पिरो दी तो ये एक सुन्दर हार है,

Glaring Sky

It is said that when life becomes boring and walks at snail's pace; one should stop for a while and try to think that in what direction life is going, because to move, first we have to ask ourselves "Where?" 

Well, right now it is that evening like any other day, the time when sun is almost across the sea and land is ready to be covered in the darkness. Avian, in groups, are returning to their sweet home, while nocturnal are getting ready for workout; coming out from the shadows to the shadows. Who knows, what they think about darkness, after all they are not the like minded to those who search for visible spectra of light waves. I don't have to think this much! I am an educated person and I know all the reasons or maybe almost, about all the things that I can see, but today I am feeling a bit tired. Maybe it is slump & lump that I am feeling now a days.

Today I've decided to be vacant so that I can think. I want to descry the reasons behind the lacking in life. No! I do not earn less, I have everything but might not sufficient. I have had some dreams, maybe quite impossible, during my childhood they weren't. As time goes on, one grows up and confronts the reality of world, then every task, every dream, every thinking & every act that provide satisfaction seem very unrealistic and impossible. One decides to go to moon but planning end up in a multi national company or somewhere else as an employer or employee.

They are lucky who live the dreams that they see with eyes wide open.

I am walking along the shore and suddenly I stumbled upon something. I can't see it clearly as it is dusk and almost the first part of night. A voice has came "Bless me! I am sorry sire! It is my property that I forgot here". I've recognized the man. It is the vendor who daily come to the beach and do his business. "It's fine, please take it away from here, it could hurt somebody." I say. "Sure sire! un-momento please, let me huddle it and bind together" He says. "You generally be bygone till now, why are you late today, is everything working out good for you" I asked in friendly manner? "Yes, everything is fine, thank you for asking, sir." He says; he is smiling and his accent is so fine that I can not say if he is in problem even a bit.

It is 3 day after the new moon, still, tides are noisy and high. I start to speak again to him "It is a normal day, the surrounding still seems very dark, isn't it? "Oh I don't know very well, sir." He speaks. From here on, a communication has established between us.

I : What do you mean?

Vendor : This is a relative vision of everyone, who sees what depends on the individual vision, you are a scholar, you understand it well enough, right?

I : I like to believe it, but I'd like to discuss, if you have time.

Vendor: Sure, my house is half mile away from here, we can walk to there together, if you will, sir.

I : I will.

We starts to walk slowly, I have many questions for him. Maybe, in prejudice of my higher education, I have a belief that I will outwit him during conversation. That is whether right or wrong, I don't know it yet.

Vendor : You see that if people are happy & confident, they feel up. Everything for them become lucid. For some this is a very dark night and for some it is a shiny night, full of star.

I : Yes, that is true, but talking logically, it is a bit dark and silent. You know 3 or 2 days ago it was new moon.

Vendor : What is absolute logic when everything is relative in the universe? It is all about how we see things.

He was firm on his point and that is the reason of pique that I am feeling, somewhere I know that he is proving me wrong effectively, but negativity still has an effect on me.

I : So you want to say that for you it is a starry night and very fine surrounding. You may not feel the originality then, my friend. (Smirking myself)

He : (He smiles at me) I know the truth, it is just absence of light and rhythmic sound that you call dark and silence. But the case which is more important is that what part of yours is prone to feel these things rather than opposite ones?

This time I've given up and started to listen to him.

He : You are lament, something inside you bugging you too much and you gave up so you lost the hope that there will be a morning after some hours.

He can read my face, clearly. I inhale a long breath.

I : You know what, you are right, I am off the track. You are right, I should be optimistic, but you are wrong about light, there is time till the sunlight reaches here. (I smiled at my joke)

He : (He laughed as well) You are still trying to win the conversation and that is laudable, but I am afraid that you lost the debate already.

I : How so? 

He : This is just half of the earth where the rays are not present, half world is still shining and so are you.....

We are at his door, thanking each other, we both move to our directions.

It was a relief! I understand it all now that what is like to see glass, half full of water. I, immediately give up all the luridness in me and gather all the mental and physical power I have and I know exactly what to do next irrespective of the fact that now I am not worried about the results anymore.

My steps are now energetic and LOOK! Night is a bit beautiful now than before...

Difference between Content writing & Creative writing

Writing is an art, it is a very old saying but every time we ponder over it, we find that writing is not so complicated as our school professor and literati say. Actual writing is not an art, but our thinking or way of expression on the white blank paper, is an art that tells the story about an object that we descry very clearly with an opinion based on certain facts on the ground sometimes. 

Although not every person believe in above definition so why not categorize some writing art and their respective usage so that you don't have to put your foot in your mouth when next time you decide to finish a writing job. So here's the difference in brief words...

1. Creative writing- Not in difficult words; Creative writing is proper literature that you learn in your school or as a subject of higher education. Poems, poetry, ode etc. are the best examples of this kind of writing. In laconic words, whole literature that focuses on strict rules & use of language in the way of expression and also very profound in nature is Creative writing. Language Study and the use of deep knowledge in writing is known as Creative writing.

Good Aspects of Creative Writing:

1. Makes you a scholar of the language.

2. You could be benefited in those jobs where good command on language is essential to talk to patronage/clientele.

3. As a teacher, you'll be magnificent.

4. You can become an author/narrator or a writer in any field.(You have to accept certain changes in writing style according to the job, but basics will be the same).

Problems that you might face:

1. It needs too much study (in hours and days!).

2. Continuous learning and study of literature (modern and traditional) is required.

3. This subject is not logical like Reasoning or Quantitative aptitude so you need deeper understanding and good memory, both at once.

4. Needs a lot of practice, you can't do mistakes on a professional level, that's why to make your write up perfect you use proof reading many times. "The more you write with perfection, the less time it takes to be perfect".

2. Content writing- If you penchant to write as free as a bird and you've got a very fine communication skills then content writing is could be an area of your interest. Content writing is for website, blogs & online magazines. Every word you write on www is counted as a 'Content'. There is a huge demand of good content. "The more engaging you write, The more money you make", it is absolutely true. There are so many content writers and too much work related to content, but the real winner is the only one who writes quality content & if you are really good at this job then you should never settle for low paid jobs because you deserve more than that. Content writing sometimes make you a celebrity. It is a very modern style of writing and basic need of today's technology so this area has much exposure.

 Good Aspects of Content Writing:

1. You become an expert of marketing.

2. It makes you master of good communication skills.

3. You can have a job in any reputed company or even biggest MNCs such as Microsoft, Google, e-bay etc.

4. You can work in an environment where people talk about new innovative ideas everyday.

"It's been a long time and I am a little bit rusty, still I can remember how I worked too hard for success". You would have listened this statement too many times when people remember about their past because now a days you are facing defeat. My plan doesn't work out well

"What a debacle it is!" That's what you think after watching the result of your work, after months & years and what you get are some remarks of people that what you should have done and you get pretty pissed off about all of this.

For an instance if you are going to take your Harvard Business School test in the upcoming year and you know that passing examination won't be easy then you should make plans about how to study & what to study & then take practice test and compare your performance. If you aren't satisfied, then try out a new plan and then select the strategy which suits you best. That is only possible with consistency in practice. Of course, you adapt a calculative manner of working and it is a great habit.

The options for your career are wide open as Analyst, Mathematician, Bank jobs, Accountancy & some other scientific and professional fields.  

4. You read everything & every detail, even a boring book too!- Of course, you are a bibliophile, for you there is a beauty in every word & you imagine a vivid which helps you to understand better. sometimes you even read tough books too which are of your elder brother or younger kin. In short you are in love with books.

You are a scholar in simple words, but when it comes to career, you are lucky that scholars have hundred's of options for job that's why they termed as Scholar. You know a li'l bit of everything that allows you to try any job in starting. If your reading habit at its extreme than being a Librarian, writer, teacher, reader, proof reader, research work & theoretical streams of every field suits you best.

5. You do nothing, but rest, yet you want money for living!- This case is very much complex for those who believes in hard work. It is quite simpler case for believers of fate & destiny, but now see it as by the point of view of the those persons who want to do nothing. They actually wish to do hard work, but they get exhausted very soon by everything they do. They want a simple thing that they work swiftly without any tension and pressure and then they get money in amount that satisfy their needs.

You know what, these are the peoples who are wanted in every organization and company culture! Can't believe? But it's true. These kind of people always find a smart way of every work that consist less work, lesser time & more output, in other words we can state it as "Astounding efficiency". A Web-Tech Talk

INTRODUCTION- 

Jim Collin- An entrepreneur of Gen-next, believes in modern tactics of business and also a marketing expert, graduated from Harvard Business School recently, Owner of the "Collin Business Group". He is the successor of the business that billionaire Collin Family is growing these all years. These days Jim is busy in establishing his own venture – “Fabric Cue”.

Rita Collin- Elder Sister of Jim, Managing Director in the business circle of Collin Family.

Gary Smith- Chief Technical Adviser for the new venture “Fabric Cue”, graduated from M.I.T in computer science. People call him Gary Nerdy (I think because of his intense interest in the computer), He is a digital marketing and programming expert, but he knows more than this. Database management, ethical hacking, networking are some of his interest.

Edward Benson- A young and enthusiastic person with the great knowledge and envision related to economics, He is working for “Fabric Cue” as Financial Analyst & COO. He is also the childhood friend of Jim. He is very famous among big guns, no wonder he has a significant influence over the corporate & government. Because of this quality he also manages the market relations area for the company.

Fabric Cue- A new textile venture of young entrepreneur Jim Collins. Jim Collins, who recently graduated from Harvard school has a vision of a great company which can provide elegant fabric to everyone, from rich to medium class, even a person who can’t afford bread for 2 times a day, can have this type of fabric, provided in the product range. This fabric used by the company has a quality that it is “Dust-Proof” & “worn-torn proof” as it is made up of some combination of Nylon, polyester filaments and cotton which gives it high tensile strength with brightening & beautiful appearance and so anyone can use it for a week without wasting water and detergent.

SEEN: A young person, whose age would be close to 25 years, is sitting on the revolving chair in a room. He is reading some reports & data based on his new start-up, some lines on the forehead and tension on the face are appearing on his face. Suddenly a woman knocks at the door. The woman is in the corporate suite, looks like she is also the one from higher authority.

Rita: May I come in?

Jim: Hey Rita, yes please come in.

Rita: Hey Jim, what you up to?

Jim: Nothing much, just reading the reports on the growth of the business.

Rita: So how is it? You look like in some problem, is everything alright?

Jim: Of course, everything is fine; it’s just some data which is showing some noxious observations.

Rita: Noxious is a pretty strong word brother! I think we should discuss about the situation. Tell me what is going on?

Jim: See by yourself.

(Jim Hand over the report file to Rita)

Rita: Oh my! Now I see, it is not good.

(Suddenly a gentleman steps into the conference room, his age is around 28, he is looking so energetic & frolicking. He is smiling a bit and seems like he is going to solve all the problems with his wit and confident nature. This is Edward, the experienced gamer of business and economic world with some political influence. His nickname is Eddy)

Edward- What is not so good?

Rita: Hello Mr. Benson, how are you doing?

Edward- Please love, we can skip this formal part, for now the main priority is why Jim is not feeling cozy, so May I know the problem Madame? (Everyone laughs)

Jim- Well, I can see you are trying to cheer us up, but there are some things that are bugging me constantly.

Edward- I am listening.

(Another person steps into the room, but nearly unnoticed, he is not looking so mature as his hair messed up, He is wearing a jacket and jeans which seem to be unwashed, there is a laptop in his one hand and a diet coke can in another and he is walking unaware while looking into his laptop, he might be a nerd (who don’t have any job to do) or a nerd (an expert whose whole world revolves around a computer). He is even not listening about what his folks are talking about and he sits on the other side of table carelessly with his lapi and can, he must be Gary Nerdy)

Rita- Hey Nerdy! You can talk to us anytime, but first you've to stop staring at your machine’s screen.

Gary- Oh I am well aware of my surroundings and I am good at multi-tasking, try me...

Jim- Rita! Don’t call him nerdy, respect your colleague at work place, he is a genius in his way.

Edward- It’s fine Jim, I am sure Gary wouldn't mind this cool name, would you Gary?

Gary- Oh yea, I wouldn't mind as long as it maintains my genius image in computer & networking world.

(Everyone laughs and they continue their conversation)

Jim- Gary, you are on right time, there is an issue which we are going to discuss, Rita, please proceed.

(Rita takes the file in hand and starts talking)

Rita- Fine! So the problem is very straight and simple, however we can’t say if the solution would be simpler, this report file in my hand is data and previous record of the 6 months. It has all the stats & the analysis about our leads, deals, engagement with the customers, Income & expenditure other than production over time. We are doing great if we see all over result of this report.

Gary- What’s the catch exactly, come to the point please?

Rita- The point is, our expenditure on marketing has been rising sharply, but results are increasing in a gradual manner while it has to be sharp and proportional! We are losing money, hence the profit every month.

Edward- Any possible reason?

Rita- We expand our business with the help of marketing in two ways, the first way is-door to door marketing and advertising, second one is- Digital Marketing.

Edward- Well, as you know, I can use my connections and pull some strings to help, you know marketing and campaigning seeks help of other big companies some time. They can help us out like by providing their outlets and getting into partnership with us. We can expand.

Rita- Thank you Eddy, you are an active partner of this company and because of you we are already doing very good at generating sales and leads. This front is totally fine. The fault is with our Digital presence.

Gary- How?

Jim- See the report and you will see the data which is not incessant, it is a wavy curve, which shows that people are not finding the engagement suitable with our brand. Gary, you are an expert, please tell us something about it.

(Gary takes a close look of the file, he reads the data & written statements rather than graphs, now he seems to be more serious about the matter)

Gary- The problem isn't in these graphs and data, I am thinking about the root. I've studied that how our newly established company spent thousands of dollars and yet we are here, with teeny results.

Jim- So what do you suggest?

Gary- I am going to ask some questions, may I?

(Everyone expresses their agreement by thumping the table)

Gary- So Rita you are the managing director of the company, you also recruit the employees, please tell me how do you select your candidates for our digital marketing section?

Rita- We publish an advert-ere in newspaper with our requirements, requirements generally include writing proficiency, SEO writing, experience which is kept to be optional, SEO knowledge, SMM knowledge. In present scenario we have more than 5 SEO experts, SMM experts in the same number and around 10 content writers. I assure you that they all are diligent.

Gary- SMM experts are doing a good job, but I am not sure if we need a higher number of SEO experts and condition of content writers look up grim to me.

Jim- What are you talking about? I spent a lot of on SEO experts; it is essential, according to many blog and website owners and please, could you be more specific about writers because I am spending on them too.

Edward- Ok, I can descry where this is going.

Gary- Of course you do Eddy, you are the most experienced in here, now the first thing is Jim, do you know that Search Engines change their algorithm of ranking websites every short span of time, in addition they aren’t concerned anymore these meta tags now-a-days.

Jim- Tell me more.

Gary- Html meta tags are used to do SEO (Search Engine Optimization) operations, it is a simple process if one can predict the nature of how people search, what people search most and accordingly how search engine crawlers which extract the info on your website react to the meta tags.

Jim- So it is important, right?

Gary- Yes, it is, but in an extent. We don’t need a very high number of SEO experts. These days crawlers extract important information from the main body content which we see on the website. SEO expert’s work is only limited to the managing ‘Title’ and ‘Keywords’. SEO is a long process and it is not categorized under Social Media Marketing a.k.a. SMM. SEO needs patience. Now, as we have more number of SEO experts that we don’t need, then can we ask them to leave?

Edward- No way! It is against our business ethics, to cut expenditure we can’t cut our employees.

Jim- Eddy is right, we can’t do that. There should be another way.

Rita- I suggest, why don’t we ask them to work one by one for our site, on a weekly basis, so that we also can analyze that whose understanding and methodology is working better by analyzing weekly report.

Gary- That’s really a great idea!

Edward- I have the experience of marketing and digital marketing, I think our experts doing fine as here is report of every penny that our experts spent on marketing, right Gary?

Gary- Of course it is a game of money and mind, but I suggest that we should train our SMM experts to do digital marketing without spending any money.

Gary- Yes, it is possible, backlinks by the co-operation of other bloggers and business pages, our own social networking pages, video sites and many other ways are there which helps in digital marketing. Google Ads, ads on social media are very helpful and it all comes under very low budget.

Gary- It has just started Jim, the main weak point comes now. We don’t have up to the mark content. If we don’t have too much SEO content, that’s fine, but then at least we should talk with our writers if they have any problem in writing. Once this problem has been solved everything will be finer than ever.

Jim- What do you mean, all the content we have is the SEO content, though I didn’t verify it, but the consulting firm, we hired for the job is claimed that their writers provide link-bait content.

Gary- Oh Jim, you are an entrepreneur, I know you are busy lately, but from when you believe everything so blindly!

Jim- My bad, please guide us through.

Gary- We've to talk to our writers. The content they are providing has very low key word density and there is no regularity in the writing style either, there is no way that it is SEO content. SEO content or link-bait content is the content which is written after a deep research of words that we are using in the article, please notice that for SEO writing you don’t need any experience at all because it needs the research on the most used words. Words’ use change as times passes by. Even anyone can write SEO content if they know about how to study a word. Google Adwords is the very common tool to do this.

Jim- But how can we analyse that which content is written for the SEO specially?

Gary- There is no certain criteria, but there are some observations. SEO content is never too long, it might be anywhere between 250 to 600 words. Reason is simple that “unique things always come lesser”. Keyword density should be higher so that the total word count shouldn't exceed the limits so that density will be maintained & if the word limit crossing more than 700 then there is a possibility that content is not the link-bait content. It also requires good study so generally professionals charge high for it and they provide you just 1 to 2 SEO articles daily to maintain the quality, So never asks a writer to provide more than 3 articles a day. You can search the words as if they are keywords or not, but that needs a Li’l bit more expertise.

Jim- Quick question! What is a keyword exactly?

Gary- Good question Jim, we think that keywords are the words which should relate to our business or message of the article, this is true, but there are several things about keywords that you should know. Keywords are also the words that people search most and that’s why keywords are used everywhere as in SEO, SMM & content writing. People generally write the words what they think are very cool, but we have to understand that we are not writing for ourselves, but for the people out there so write the words according to the thinking of visitors and searchers.
