Difference between Content writing & Creative writing

Writing is an art, it is a very old saying but every time we ponder over it, we find that writing is not so complicated as our school professor and literati say. Actual writing is not an art, but our thinking or way of expression on the white blank paper, is an art that tells the story about an object that we descry very clearly with an opinion based on certain facts on the ground sometimes.
Although not every person believe in above definition so why not categorize some writing art and their respective usage so that you don't have to put your foot in your mouth when next time you decide to finish a writing job. So here's the difference in brief words...

1. Creative writing- Not in difficult words; Creative writing is proper literature that you learn in your school or as a subject of higher education. Poems, poetry, ode etc. are the best examples of this kind of writing. In laconic words, whole literature that focuses on strict rules & use of language in the way of expression and also very profound in nature is Creative writing. Language Study and the use of deep knowledge in writing is known as Creative writing.

Good Aspects of Creative Writing:
1. Makes you a scholar of the language.
2. You could be benefited in those jobs where good command on language is essential to talk to patronage/clientele.
3. As a teacher, you'll be magnificent.
4. You can become an author/narrator or a writer in any field.(You have to accept certain changes in writing style according to the job, but basics will be the same).

Problems that you might face:
1. It needs too much study (in hours and days!).
2. Continuous learning and study of literature (modern and traditional) is required.
3. This subject is not logical like Reasoning or Quantitative aptitude so you need deeper understanding and good memory, both at once.
4. Needs a lot of practice, you can't do mistakes on a professional level, that's why to make your write up perfect you use proof reading many times. "The more you write with perfection, the less time it takes to be perfect".

(img src:hpspape.global2.vic.edu.au)

2. Content writing- If you penchant to write as free as a bird and you've got a very fine communication skills then content writing is could be an area of your interest. Content writing is for website, blogs & online magazines. Every word you write on www is counted as a 'Content'. There is a huge demand of good content. "The more engaging you write, The more money you make", it is absolutely true. There are so many content writers and too much work related to content, but the real winner is the only one who writes quality content & if you are really good at this job then you should never settle for low paid jobs because you deserve more than that. Content writing sometimes make you a celebrity. It is a very modern style of writing and basic need of today's technology so this area has much exposure.

 Good Aspects of Content Writing:
1. You become an expert of marketing.
2. It makes you master of good communication skills.
3. You can have a job in any reputed company or even biggest MNCs such as Microsoft, Google, e-bay etc.
4. You can work in an environment where people talk about new innovative ideas everyday.
5. You become an expert of the subject about which you write about very frequently, sometimes you get to know many new subjects and ideas.
6. No need to worry about Economy fall & rise, loosing job or low salary as long as your clients are happy. Tech sector is your biggest admirer and you never be left unnoticed.
7. Work at the comfort of  your own home.
8. You can use slang or whatever style you like, also innovation in writing is possible.

Problems that you might face:
1. Less knowledge on subject may hinder your speed of getting the job done.
2. In the beginning you may find hard to get a highly payable job.
3. Sometimes strict time limits could be there, though it is not very problematic issue in most of the cases, time limit is the part of every business.
4. Continuous learning is the only way to keep yourself ahead of everyone as the competition is very high in this job, but once you find way to learn and practice fast then you will join the club of winners in seconds!

So these are the basic and prelim factors of these type of writings. Next time we will discuss about some other kinds of writing and their scope in modern world, till then, stay tuned!

Bonne journée

What You Should Do for Sure Success

"It's been a long time and I am a little bit rusty, still I can remember how I worked too hard for success". You would have listened this statement too many times when people remember about their past because now a days you are facing defeat. There is something you always want to know that why the success always slip away from your hand. Tell you what! here are some itsy-bitsy, yet significant reasons of continuous delay.

My plan doesn't work out well
"What a debacle it is!" That's what you think after watching the result of your work, after months & years and what you get are some remarks of people that what you should have done and you get pretty pissed off about all of this.
Here is the real thing; In the real world the execution of the plan has never been too easy. When you make a plan and implement it, there is always a "Probability" of both failure and success. You should be ready for every outcome because your plan is just another experiment towards finding the perfect "foolproof" plan. That doesn't mean that you should take too many chances, all I want to convey to you is that everyone needs rehearse before the final go.
For an instance if you are going to take your Harvard Business School test in the upcoming year and you know that passing examination won't be easy then you should make plans about how to study & what to study & then take practice test and compare your performance. If you aren't satisfied, then try out a new plan and then select the strategy which suits you best. That is only possible with consistency in practice. You need to adapt the conditions by practicing your limits in experimental conditions.

A winning effort begins with preparation.
- Joe Gibbs

Patience is the key to success
How much you are desperate to achieve your motto? Can you live without thinking about it even for a second? If your answer is no, then well done! You deserve to be a winner, still you have a head-ache about the result and you don't know that you penchant to be successful by all heart but you can't concentrate on work. Well the answer is easy you are "DESPERATE" not "DEDICATED" that's why you deserve to win but you'll perhaps win. The difference is very easy that when you are really driven to work hard sometime result comes slowly and you need a hell of a patience that time because great success never comes the easy way.

"Success is all about achieving result at the right time, even on the wrong turn"

Top 5 habits that decide your career

People think that minor things are minor & they do not affect our lives much. You ever heard like
"Great things are done by a series of small things brought together."Vincent Van Gogh
That's true, this is why we shouldn't neglect minor things or habits. Habits are the acts that possess 80% of total ways that are used to do some work in our daily life. Interesting, isn't it? This article will describe you that what habits of yours clarify that in what thing you are good so that you should choose your career accordingly.

1. You talk too much- People around you run away from you just because of your blabbering habit, also you are not so good at keeping secrets. This suggest that you are made for being some T.V. celeb like Anchor or Radio Jockey, but that's not it! You have many other career options as you can talk for hours without a "Mass Communication Degree". As if you talk too much in front of many people, but effectively & maintaining good humor, then you have a better scope in door to door Marketing, Campaigning, Teaching Personality development classes (for speaking), Stand Up Orator and much more.
All you have to do is to recognize that where and when you can talk effectively, even talking needs a better plan, right folks? So next time Speak out loud!

2. You debate on everything- You find every statement & every action debatable. You only agree on something when you find its logical explanation otherwise you remain unsatisfied and unrest. This is not a bad habit even if other get annoyed because you have a great career in Analyst, Critics & other Strategic Planning jobs in multi-national organizations.
Only one thing you need to maintain is that every logic should be based on the true ground & facts and also develop habit to listen others as well so as to see every side of a matter. This will increase the ability of reasoning and people will listen to you in a positive way.

3. You calculate everything- You find it hard to do every thing without thinking its variables. You make budgets, making list of things that you want in specific numbers, you count days in calendars for every upcoming event, you have a pocket diary in which you mention every detail with numbers & sometimes you draw mathematical graphs of daily expenditure & savings for fun! Of course, you adapt a calculative manner of working and it is a great habit.
The options for your career are wide open as Analyst, Mathematician, Bank jobs, Accountancy & some other scientific and professional fields.

4. You read everything & every detail, even a boring book too!- Of course, you are a bibliophile, for you there is a beauty in every word & you imagine a vivid which helps you to understand better. sometimes you even read tough books too which are of your elder brother or younger kin. In short you are in love with books.
You are a scholar in simple words, but when it comes to career, you are lucky that scholars have hundred's of options for job that's why they termed as Scholar. You know a li'l bit of everything that allows you to try any job in starting. If your reading habit at its extreme than being a Librarian, writer, teacher, reader, proof reader, research work & theoretical streams of every field suits you best.

5. You do nothing, but rest, yet you want money for living!- This case is very much complex for those who believes in hard work. It is quite simpler case for believers of fate & destiny, but now see it as by the point of view of the those persons who want to do nothing. They actually wish to do hard work, but they get exhausted very soon by everything they do. They want a simple thing that they work swiftly without any tension and pressure and then they get money in amount that satisfy their needs.
You know what, these are the peoples who are wanted in every organization and company culture! Can't believe? But it's true. These kind of people always find a smart way of every work that consist less work, lesser time & more output, in other words we can state it as "Astounding efficiency". Software developer, Game developer, Website Developer, Equity market jobs & Ethical hacking are some of the jobs that suits best for these people as these jobs needs mind and smart approach rather than hardcore field work.

Have a good day, or I say Smart one!

How to Get Ideas to Write the Blog Content

Whenever we think to write, wait!! We have to think before we write & that's the point! The topic is straight and simple "How to get ideas to write the blog content?" or should I say "Where to get the ideas"? Let's not make it more confusing and come to the point. Here are the 5 top places where you will find the ideas to write. Also we will do the SWOT analysis (A marketing term of Strength, weakness, opportunities & threats) about every method that we are going to use.

Social MediaIt is very usual to write about ongoing events, jibber-jabbers in media gallery & other hot topics around the world. You can choose any topic, like Cinema, Techno news, economic ups & downs, political talks, Social trends, Social campaigns' news & many other topics like this.
  • Strength : You never will be out of the write up related to the news. There are always plethora things to write when you are associated with current affairs and news.
  • Weakness: There is a hell of a COMPETITION, many news channel and social media sites are ahead of you, so it is too hard to get attention of viewers.
Books and moviesOne of my friends watched the movie "The Imitation Game", he was so inspired by the movie that he made a blog for it, which has all the main information, about cast and crew, related facts of the movie & story line & every possible piece of info. Other than this I have seen guys writing on their blogs the topics-

X seasons you should watch.
X reasons to watch Z movie.
X books you should read before you die.
How X movie should end

So now you might have many ideas if you are a reader or a movie/season lover.

  • Strength: People are more influenced by the thinking of a book/movie/season, they become fans of these things and eventually they become fans of your blog too, based on these topics.
  • Weakness:You need to think harder about the message conveyed by the specific books/movie/season. It is not very hard if you are a movie maniac, but it won't work if you are not very much interested and do not watch or read profoundly.

Social CauseThere are many problems that you can see in the world and you want to appeal and talk to the people about those issues then this is beyond just an idea. You really thinking very well. You may write on water crisis, global warming, education of weak and poor, helping to a specific society or people. I am also associated with the famous site working for social cause- Globalcitizen.org

  • Strength:This is the best you can do, to fight for a cause or to raise your voice for the betterment of humankind. People will definitely support you.
  • WeaknessAlthough we should not see the profit or loss for a social cause but still if you think the weakness of this great idea, then it would be that people may not notice you in the beginning, you have to do more work out of home rather than typing in your blog. Once you get the attention, your blog will be your voice then.

Things that make you wonderThis is the simplest way that shows you an idea of a lifetime. Your curiosity raises questions and when you try to find the answers, then you also want to share it with like minded people and from here the journey of blog writing starts. You can write about science, historical facts or cooking. You will see blogs like:

Why republic day is celebrated
Why reading is important
Why boys are attracted towards girls
What were the reasons of french revolution
How night and day happens

  • StrengthCuriousness and questions are like urge for people. If you write very good & correct answers, then you don't need to make extra efforts to fetch viewers, all you need to do is to raise the right question.
  • WeaknessYou have to study and understand the things better and then the expression must be understandable when you write it for readers.

Pick up Ideas from the surroundings: Well, this is a little bit tricky. You need more imagination & presence of mind to do that. The great authors and writers do the same thing. It is like the art of extempore. You go through a situation which ignites an idea suddenly to your mind. For example: This morning I was cooking the noodles, but as it was my first time I blew up the whole party and that gave me an idea that I should learn and then write about cooking food and dishes so that I can help others like me and I made a blog that instant:

How to cook X
What shouldn't do while cooking X
What to do for a better test in X meal

Sometimes you can think extraordinary like, you are in a boredom state of mind and then you think like what is your motto in the life and suddenly you get your philosophical story as

Why we exist
What is the aim of human life

These are just examples, this is a broad category of ideas if you can see and think about the things and happenings around you. It is like you have infinite ideas from now on.

  • StrengthYour imagination gets stronger and it develops a quality of narrator in you. You can become more than a blogger some day.
  • WeaknessIf the topics are too arbitrary, then sometimes you can out of articles and also trivial ideas won't work, blog writing become diary writing if viewers don't come so you need to decide first that you are writing for yourself or for readers.

Habits That Never Go Out of Style

"Habits are habits", they never spare us so easily. Interests and hobbies are good things but what is habit and why does it stick with us so badly? Are habits always so bad thing? , oh well.... there are too many questions arise in one's mind when we talk about issues related to us and 'Habit' are one of them. lets find some answers first.

Habit is a Bad Habit?
No man and no habit is bad. It is the outcomes of a habit that decide if habit is useful or not for a person. For example: Habit of liquor is a good thing for your government sometimes as it contributes in economy in form of tax on every bad bottle of alcohol you purchase but it is a bad thing for your liver health! even you are healthy after drinking it, still scientifically its food value is null so actually you pay lot of money daily and for nothing!! so promise to leave this habit this instance. If you are having a habit of wake up early then it will not a benefit for others and not many people observe it around you but you will have very good benefits from it like a better health, better efficiency and more time to accomplish your day tasks.
So next time please don't blame your habits but try to keep up with habits which are prolific for you.
(img source: www.jokideo.com)

What is the difference between hobby, interest and a habit?
Hobby- A habit of useful acts that you do daily because of your intense interest. These are generally observed by people around you and very prolific, sometimes career-wise also! Writing, gardening, reading, playing, watching movies or seasons, being a gamer, climb mountains, collecting rare things, helping others all kind of hobbies you can see in peoples around the world.

Interests- these aren't habits, it is just things which you like to do or want to experience on some point of life but it is generally not regular like a hobby.

Habit- when an act become inseparable part of your life simply it is known as habit. Habit is nothing to do with good or bad. Everyone has habits. The result of habit matters most in one's life but sometime some habits are just neither useful nor bad for anyone which is so interesting, we'll discuss in last of the article.

As our brain accept those acts which we like to do again and again because our brain chemical 'Dopamine' drives us to do so. We feel intense pleasure to do those things like drinking that feels like it relaxes us and same for smoking, these are bad habits according to people but this is applicable for drinking tea and coffee also, those aren't good for health either but they have some clinically proven benefits also. The case of liquor and smoking weeds are the worst as you pay for a material that ultimately ruin you and sometimes everyone's life related to you. A very general habit that sometimes do good and bad both, is-Waking up late in the morning- it is bad as you know since very long time but study shows that most achievers of the history worked very late in night and they generally woke up very late, in our teen age it is general habit for all of us. I leave it on you that it is bad or a good habit.

Some habits which are proved to be neither useful nor harmful are like following cases-:

1.Einstein never completely grew out of his odd habits. His chauffeur reports that he once plucked a grasshopper off the ground and ate it. He would also take his violin along on birdwatching treks, playing music with tears streaming down his face.

2.Thomas Edison’s research associates had to pass a tough interview process, which included eating a bowl of soup under the famous inventor’s eye. Edison’s soup scrutiny checked whether potential employees seasoned food before tasting it. If they added salt to soup they hadn’t tried, Edison automatically dismissed them. The test aimed to weed out those who started out with too many assumptions.

3.An employee reported that Charles Dickens couldn’t stand to have a hair out of place, so the writer kept his comb nearby and ran it through his hair hundreds of times a day.

4.Steve jobs dabbled his feet into toilet to soak for relieving his work stress.

So do you see how habits can change you sometimes and sometimes they are nothing but a part of daily routine like we eat and breath. Finally we can say that have a habit but always aware of their outcomes, that way you can keep up with your habit in a good sense.

Stay Habitual!

How to Rewire Your Brain

Change, is tough many times, very beautiful sometimes. How is the 'Change' for you that depends how it pays you, do you think like that?
In my opinion 'Change' is always beautiful. How it works for you depends on how do you see it, in other words, ask a question from yourself, how do you think about something when you come to know that it has been changed?

I don't want to fence around the main issue, so lets come to the point. Do you have a problem with changing environment? Do you practice same schedule everyday from morning to evening and you don't want to get out of it for some time even when you get the opportunity? Do you have habits that you want to leave, but you just can't because you are habitual and you can't think anything else? Do you not want to take risks when it should be taken? Do you afraid of change?

Well, there are too many questions, but answer is one- Your deepest desires, fears and stubborn thinking have been overcoming your mental and physical realms and those impede you and limit your potential to withstand change.

Believe me, you are not the only one who is suffering. Some think that they can't wake up early, some think that reducing weight, to get on top in class &organization or driving a specific vehicle is very much impossible to do for them, many a think that it is too tough to leave bad habits like smoking or drinking liquor. In one sentence neuroscience would say "You ALL ARE WRONG!"

The truth is "You can be anything you want and you can do anything you think". Everything is controlled by supreme body- The brain. Rewire your brain and you could withstand with any change without any negative feeling.

Accept the Change
Believe it or not but change is imminent and it is always beautiful. You leave your school and start in college, one day you leave your college as well and you start the next morning in well known organization. You have to drive home the point to your brain that change is good, welcome it heartily and work for a new future.

It is all mental
Try to understand, but whatever you think and you do it is because of the influence of your brain. As soon as you learn this truth, you come to know that you can regulate your desires and your body.
According to a study when you get habitual of something your brain make a path which reminds you again and again that thing and resists the change. All you have to do is to break that path by trying something new each time you think of that same old thing.

Control your view and attitude
What do you think about vivid you see in front of you, decides how you are going to react. For exampleif a person has faith in a teacher and one's attitude is positive towards that teacher than he would catch up quickly all the lessons that are taught by the teacher. Change your attitude towards a thing and you'll see how magically you accomplish tasks which seemed impossible earlier

Rewire your brain, don't resist yourself, but do it like you can do it very easily with your will
Determination is good, but you still can't do the things you want. It is because you are getting very hard on yourself in the name of 'Determination'. In Chinese methodology it has been observed that energy 'Chi' should be controlled as not to store it but to control its flow. Exactly you should do the same, don't push yourself too hard but do a work like you are doing it from the very beginning and with infinite peace in your mind.

So next time when you take a task or face a change, then Remember "To control everything around you, first control yourself "

Have a Great Rewire!
