Tools for content writing:Top 5 Free content writing Tools For Content Writing (Chapter #2)

Hey everyone, previously we talked about the significance of the tools and methodologies along with one method that works as a tool- Google Adwords. In this article I'll share the rest of the 4 tools that I think very much useful and every writer must have those tools for a better creation and minimum problem. So here are those remaining 4 tools/methodologies.

Organizer- Well, as you know "Time is precious". Writers several time faces the problem of less efficiency. Higher efficiency means the throughput. According to experts-

The efficiency of a writer = Total articles done/Total Time Taken

Now I think you got my point. You sit to write and finishes one article diligently and then you realized that you have done it slow, you might have completed more assignments & articles in the same duration of time. There are 2 ways that can improve your efficiency amazingly.

  1. Time Management.
  1. Time Management and work management with the tool- 'Organizer'

Organizer is a software that keeps all the records of 'To do list' and time limit assigned by you for a particular work. It also stores reminders. The main highlight of this tool is, it provides features like-
  • Edit your file directly from this tool (as it stores the path of the file).
  • You can export an HTML file directly from it.

It helps in a better way that you if you write 1 article in an hour, with the help of Organizer you will write 4 to 5 in an hour (at least 15-10 min for an article). So this tool is an ideal tool for not only writers but also for every person who wants to improve his/her speed in finishing assignments.

Google Analytics- I'd say Google Analytics;the best one there is! Content and SEO lovers penchant this tool too much. This is the tool you need very badly for reports and genuine suggestions for your website/blog. All you need is to sign up for an account and note the 3 things-
  1. You will get a tracking code (Tracking ID) that you have to paste onto your html coding page (or any other page as-php/view if it is dynamic page).
  2. 1 account work only for one web page and you can have up to 100 accounts so you can track 100 websites.
  3. In several hours (mostly within 24 hours) it'll start to show the whole data regarding to traffic, engagement with the content/ specific post, the reach of the people from everywhere, searched keywords, best performing posts and other required info which will be 110% helpful in the growth of the link.

(Essential Steps)

Wordpress Plugin- Sites are generally made on CMS-
  • Magento (For e-commerce website, complexity is moderate according to e-commerce developers)
  • Drupal (Top performing CMS, complexity is higher, but themes are more)
  • Joomla (CMS, complexity is moderate, themes are more interactive).
  • Wordpress (Most Easy CMS, offers good themes and copious plug-ins for blogs and lesser complex websites)

Now, most of the content writers work on Wordpress due to the least complexity so there are many plug-ins which helps you in managing content & keywords for SEO purpose. It does not meddle with main body content, but it handles the 'Title', description, Keywords & meta tag content, so that you can focus on main body content and leave the rest for plug-in. The most famous plug-in that blog owners use is-
"All in One SEO Pack For Wordpress", use this plugin and you don't need to worry of long term SEO process anymore.

Text Mechanic- I know that not everyone knows about this tool while it should be coming on first place in the list of top 5 tools of Content writing. Don't worry, now you'll know everything about it that you should have known a long time ago. There is nothing too much to say about this tool but when you'll use it, you will have known its importance.
Text Mechanic is a Text Manipulation Tool. When you edit or proofread the article, it is too inefficient and exhausting. Text Mechanic is there to help you. If you use it, then you don't need a word counter even! It provides many options like sorting text, removing duplicate lines, Universal Text Combination Generator let you to combine text, you can have a good site name as it combines and provide all possible ideas based on the words you provided. You find translators in the tool.
In conclusion, I must say that it is an ultimate tool for a content writer. It is a whole package for a content writer. So don't forget to download and use it to generate a Digi-content in a digital way.

Tools for content writing:Top 5 Free content writing Tools For Content Writing (Chapter #1)

This title is very short and simple to understand a theory which is very important and certainly you spend your valuable hours to find about it on the websites and blogs. The story is an easy thing to write, content writing is not so different from story writing. You need to think and write simply. But, then what is the use of tools and which type of tools you should use? Let's see it.

What is the significance of tools in content writing?
Everybody uses a tool, apps or instruments accomplish a specific task, that's why we are the living beings with the brain. Similarly, in content writing area tools are the methods, useful apps or things that help you to produce a great content. A great content must possess 3 major qualities, which are-

  1. Very nicely written in lesser time.
  2. No language error.
  3. Having good keywords for search (search friendly).

So coming to the point, these all qualities could be attained by talent, but whenever you write, you are not alone. There are things that can help you to make your creation better. These instruments can-

  1. Save your time.
  2. Give you more ideas.
  3. Present a concurrent scenario to you so you can plan accordingly.
  4. Provide you the best keyword ideas & SEO friendly sentence structure.
  5. Helpful in "Link- Bait" writing.
  6. Work as an editor, so you can write flawless.
  7. Manage your content.
This is just an outline of what we are going to talk about next. Today, I'll talk about one and most essential thing for your content writing, which is most useful for Bloggers and Website Content Managers.

Google and Google Adwords-:
If you are not a novice then you would have known the importance of keywords for Title and body Content. So how to decide that which word will be working as a keyword? In general writers make a most searched sentence their Title and by using the words of the title many times in the article they think that they have used keywords, if you are doing the same then stop right there! This is a wrong technique. The correct way to do it according to the professionals is to-
first choose a suitable (most used sentence structure) as a title -

  • How to do swimming
  • Top 10 Ways to do swimming
  • Benefits of olive oil (don't use "what are the" structure as user never type that in search box)
The next thing is to focus on keywords in the main body content. It is a very simple step and very important also. Whenever you are writing an SEO centric article, you write short and very effective that can be ranked higher in searching. That time you need to analyze many words that you are writing. You should notice that the word you are writing is how many times searched by the userYou can do it by searching its meaning on Google because Google also shows the use of the searched word over time. To understand this, observe the following example-

I want to write a SEO friendly sentence which is like-
"Content Marketing is a new phenomenon of the new world"
Now I am searching that which word can be modified according to the SEO requirement, so I find there is a possibility that the words 'Phenomenon', 'New' & 'World' can be replaced by more searched terms. So I search one of them them like in the pic below;

(Searching already written word)

(Searching for better option to replace the earlier word )

As you can see that word 'Concept' is more searched than the word 'Phenomenon' so we will consider the word "concept" primarily like-

"Content Marketing is a new concept of the new world"

Similarly, we will treat the other words.

Now, the next thing that comes in the row is Google Adwords, very beneficial, for me it is like one hell of a panacea. Whether you are starting to write link bait content or any SEO friendly blog, It'll provide you information and every insight for a word used over time by visitors. This is for designing the advertisements' keywords, but it works well with content writing issues, so if you have a Google account then give it a try! You won't be disappointed, I bet.

For more, continue to read, as in next chapter I'll talk about the more tools that come handy!

Have A Pleasant Day!

How to Get Ideas to Write the Blog Content

Whenever we think to write, wait!! We have to think before we write & that's the point! The topic is straight and simple "How to get ideas to write the blog content?" or should I say "Where to get the ideas"? Let's not make it more confusing and come to the point. Here are the 5 top places where you will find the ideas to write. Also we will do the SWOT analysis (A marketing term of Strength, weakness, opportunities & threats) about every method that we are going to use.

Social MediaIt is very usual to write about ongoing events, jibber-jabbers in media gallery & other hot topics around the world. You can choose any topic, like Cinema, Techno news, economic ups & downs, political talks, Social trends, Social campaigns' news & many other topics like this.
  • Strength : You never will be out of the write up related to the news. There are always plethora things to write when you are associated with current affairs and news.
  • Weakness: There is a hell of a COMPETITION, many news channel and social media sites are ahead of you, so it is too hard to get attention of viewers.
Books and moviesOne of my friends watched the movie "The Imitation Game", he was so inspired by the movie that he made a blog for it, which has all the main information, about cast and crew, related facts of the movie & story line & every possible piece of info. Other than this I have seen guys writing on their blogs the topics-

X seasons you should watch.
X reasons to watch Z movie.
X books you should read before you die.
How X movie should end

So now you might have many ideas if you are a reader or a movie/season lover.

  • Strength: People are more influenced by the thinking of a book/movie/season, they become fans of these things and eventually they become fans of your blog too, based on these topics.
  • Weakness:You need to think harder about the message conveyed by the specific books/movie/season. It is not very hard if you are a movie maniac, but it won't work if you are not very much interested and do not watch or read profoundly.

Social CauseThere are many problems that you can see in the world and you want to appeal and talk to the people about those issues then this is beyond just an idea. You really thinking very well. You may write on water crisis, global warming, education of weak and poor, helping to a specific society or people. I am also associated with the famous site working for social cause- Globalcitizen.org

  • Strength:This is the best you can do, to fight for a cause or to raise your voice for the betterment of humankind. People will definitely support you.
  • WeaknessAlthough we should not see the profit or loss for a social cause but still if you think the weakness of this great idea, then it would be that people may not notice you in the beginning, you have to do more work out of home rather than typing in your blog. Once you get the attention, your blog will be your voice then.

Things that make you wonderThis is the simplest way that shows you an idea of a lifetime. Your curiosity raises questions and when you try to find the answers, then you also want to share it with like minded people and from here the journey of blog writing starts. You can write about science, historical facts or cooking. You will see blogs like:

Why republic day is celebrated
Why reading is important
Why boys are attracted towards girls
What were the reasons of french revolution
How night and day happens

  • StrengthCuriousness and questions are like urge for people. If you write very good & correct answers, then you don't need to make extra efforts to fetch viewers, all you need to do is to raise the right question.
  • WeaknessYou have to study and understand the things better and then the expression must be understandable when you write it for readers.

Pick up Ideas from the surroundings: Well, this is a little bit tricky. You need more imagination & presence of mind to do that. The great authors and writers do the same thing. It is like the art of extempore. You go through a situation which ignites an idea suddenly to your mind. For example: This morning I was cooking the noodles, but as it was my first time I blew up the whole party and that gave me an idea that I should learn and then write about cooking food and dishes so that I can help others like me and I made a blog that instant:

How to cook X
What shouldn't do while cooking X
What to do for a better test in X meal

Sometimes you can think extraordinary like, you are in a boredom state of mind and then you think like what is your motto in the life and suddenly you get your philosophical story as

Why we exist
What is the aim of human life

These are just examples, this is a broad category of ideas if you can see and think about the things and happenings around you. It is like you have infinite ideas from now on.

  • StrengthYour imagination gets stronger and it develops a quality of narrator in you. You can become more than a blogger some day.
  • WeaknessIf the topics are too arbitrary, then sometimes you can out of articles and also trivial ideas won't work, blog writing become diary writing if viewers don't come so you need to decide first that you are writing for yourself or for readers.

Top 5 Mistakes that a Content Writer Should Avoid

"If you live long enough, you'll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, you'll be a better person. It's how you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit, never quit, never quit."
William J. Clinton

Mistakes are part of life. It teaches us about do’s and don’ts. Well, Nobody is perfect thus everybody makes mistake many times in their lives, but as we know, it is a part of learning. To accept and thinking about a mistake is not a serious issue, but it is an issue related to our sincerity. We can’t be perfect and we make mistakes, but our creation could be mistake free because we can work again and again for same page we created.

Here, today I want to point out the mistakes that generally content writers do and if writer avoid those mistakes, then that creation come nearer to the beautiful perfection. Even I am not sure if I will be making those mistakes while I am writing this, but we have to share anyway for the sake of perfection, right? So pardon me for my mistakes and have a look about the top 5 mistakes in content writing according to virtuoso writers.

Oopsy!, look at your grammar
While I am writing this, I just want to say that it doesn't matter in which language you are writing the sentences, you should look out for the grammar. Grammar is the sole element for every language. It is possible that while you write, you make a lot of grammatical mistakes, that's not the big deal, the important thing is to read it again ("Proof reading") and make it right before you publish it.
Without good grammar, it is embarrassing when the reader reads it because readers have high expectations with you. Grammar is not a whole measurement of your writing qualities, but it's basic and it has to be correct anyway! You can have an editor for this purpose or you can try it yourself so that it also helps you understand the language more deeply than ever.

The price of your work
This is sort of early to discuss about price and money, but as it is a rising issue these days, so it comes on number 2, when we are concerned about mistakes in content writing. If you see some kind of long term profit with a client then you can keep your prices low, but if it is not the case then don't be a despo! Keep your price list updated according to the work, if your work is good, now & then it will fetch the right customer and the price for you. After all "Content is king" then it should rule!

Write for visitors only
Generally, content writers write too formal. Not their fault, they are asked to do so in most of the cases. But while you are managing a blog where the situation is in your fist then try some friendly language where the reader find himself connected with your write up. Ask questions and answer them correctly for readers. Step into the shoes of your reader, identify their needs and wants. Talk to them through your article instead of just writing the sentences. Use pronouns very well like I/we/you.

Formatting & Call to action
Simply write ups are just a bunch of lines that readers read in one breath and leave. To spice it up, why not try to add some great graphics according to theme and appealing actions such as asking for reader's opinions and to share their thinking. In starting no one will leave a comment or anything, but it is a duty to ask and even people don't talk about your blog/site, they eventually ask themselves and like the way you encourage them to think of asking for comments and opinions.

Regularity issues
Your clients are complaining of no visits or you are not getting copious amount of visitors on your website/blog and that's why you suddenly gave up. Writers give up for many reasons like problem in daily writing, time management, quality issues, less money & more work, null generation of leads and other reasons. Remember-

"Tough times never last, but tough people do!"

To write a content is just a game of hours or of some minutes to the talented writers, but the success never comes so easily. You have to stay longer in the game and who stand till the end, becomes the winner. To earn a position and to become an expert you have to learn and practice instead to quit suddenly. Be regular in the process of writing and learning, try a new genre of writing every day to keep away the boredom and this way you can become an expert very soon.

Next time, learn from these mistakes and take a step forward to the perfection!

Have a perfect day everyone!

Top 5 Women Writing Creations (Literary category)

Today is a big day! Why? Because the whole earth is celebrating for half of the earth. Yes, that's true. Half of the earth, The half part of God's best creation- Women. Women's Writing and Legendary writers-
A brief explanation
Academic discipline of Women's writing is the based on the notion that the experience of women, historically, has been shaped by their gender, and so women writers by definition are a group worthy of separate study,Their texts emerge from and intervene in conditions usually very different from those which produced most writing by men ( Blain, Virginia, Isobel Grundy, and Patricia Clements, eds. The Feminist Companion to Literature in English. New Haven and London: Yale UP, 1990.)
In simple words, women's brain works differently and also as their e.q. (emotional quotient) is higher which makes them more creative and imaginative according to a study. But don't be confused that this concept is only limited to writers & writing. In fact, it is also emphasizes on the woman cast as in lead role in a novel or book because, then, a writer has to study, think and write exactly as women think.

Here are some legendary woman thinkers and writers who shook the world with their talent-
  • Mary Scott, The Female Advocate: A Poem Occasioned by Reading Mr Duncombe's Feminead. London: Joseph Johnson, 1774.
  • Charlotte Mary Yonge, Biographies of Good Women (First Series, 1862; Second Series, 1865)

  • Suzanna Arundhati Roy-Known for the 1998 Man Booker Prize for Fiction-winning novel The God of Small Things (1997), which became the biggest-selling book by a non expatriate Indian author.

The contribution of women to this earth is unparalleled. World should support and encourage the efforts made by women. By empowering women kind, we can make this world a better place.

Top 5 ways to avoid spams/Fake offers

As we discussed earlier about spams/fake offers, which is not a very harmful issue unless you are very careful about spending money on the internet, but what if it is necessary to deal with this as in the case of bloggers, website owners and business persons who are present on the internet and need digital marketing, what then? The answer is simple, recognize and avoid the fake offerings. Fraudulence is everywhere in the world, whether it is real or virtual. Being a "digitally educated person" it is our responsibility to save ourselves as well as others from these situations. Here are some methods to prevent money and valuable time from this monkey business.

Methods To Avoid Spams/Fake Offerings (Expert's review)

Use optional E-mail id- If you are frequently register/sign up on websites, then NEVER USE your PRIMARY E-MAIL address, keep it private and use another one which is not too much important for you. This e-mail address also called as "Disposable e-mail address". Generally spammers extract mail ids by special programs (bots). Similarly for business purpose, use your disposable IDs anywhere on social networks.

Make yourself invisible- Sounds interesting & difficult, right? Wellit is not difficult at all. You can be unseen for spammers. Make your id, username too difficult to guess. Sometime, spammers and fake message senders just guess a recipient's id and send a message. In case of mail they can only send 1 message to 1 person at a time, but in case of social network they have an approach to millions while they are just 1 click away. Try to make it hard for them. By this, you will be able to avoid many such fake ids as well.

Huddle every information- You have seen an offer and now you are thinking to make a move. In my view you should have wait and see that with whom you are going to contact. Don't be tempted so much & don't be in hurry to avail the offer.
"Patience is virtue"

Check the online presence of the individual/organization which is offering you. Go to their page, website or blog and see if they are regularly updated so you can ensure that they are in active state and not just made everything to look like real.
If any individual has a profile, then check on him by profile. Generally, if an individual is a committed professional then he/she never uses his real profile, but a page or a profile that provide every info and contact details about him and not to mention about great profile picture about a company or advertisement related to his work. In their network you will find many contacts related to this business. Also, they, publicly show every detail on profile as it is their business podium so there will be no secrecy with potential customers. It is same for every social network and works all the time
If you are seeing a page then read "Impressum".

Contact- Now you are almost sure that the offering and person is real, still you should have been rigorous as you don't want to lose your money on any step and don't want to be deceived. Then it's now time to contact them on phone, video call or by any other means. If offer giver only provides a mail id which has no information on it then there is a 99 % possibility that this is fake.If they provide a their contact details which are real and you are talking to them, then talk about procedure of payments, reason of the offeringAgain, I request, if you have a doubt then don't suppress it just because of desperation to avail a tempting offer.
A real individual or company never provides an offer without logic & profit so don't hesitate to ask them the reason behind the offering, payment mode and procedure of advance money/full payment that suits you.

Observation- Remember- online world is profitable to those who know how to handle it. You have been availing the offer and it pays you back, that doesn't ensure total security. If you are spending money and in business relation with this individual/organization, then you should keep in mind that 1% possibility is still there that they can be fake and they are going to ambush customers for a big load of money. So how to be sure now? This is also a very simple and based on common sense. NEVER promise to pay at one time. For example-

"A fraudsters promise you to bring 1 million visitors per month in 200$. You make a pact and then after one month you see that he delivered 1 million visitors really! Now you have made the payment and you both again agreed on another 1 million visitors deal. After one month you find that there are no million visitors and that person with no more in contact with you, plus the Google found out that those previously delivered million viewers were fake so now you will be penalized. Now you are between the devil and the deep sea!"

So you see the difference? A real company never asks for payment in one time. They provide you service with their contact details and place so you can verify them and then they decide package and a payment procedure with service promises which are reasonable.

In case of individual & professionals, if they are not too famous then they call you first and for the service they ask for payment on daily/weekly/monthly basis (small installments of amount periodically). In the meantime, you can verify that visitors/likes/followers are organic or not.

These are very simple and almost non technical/non complex steps that anyone can follow and avoid fraudsters and spammers from their business.

Stay Tuned for more, Have a secure day!
